Incorrect instructions in contributing.md

I was going through the codebase of strapi and trying to set it up locally.

In contributing guidelines it says that we are supposed to run yarn develop inside /packages/core/admin directory, but it looks like there is no develop script in package.json for the corresponding directory.

Am I missing something?

My guesss is they changed it when they changed the frontend to vite

and did not update the docs

Anyway making PRs now does not do anyting since they are in a freeze

Like <@333639824000942080> stated they are in a contribution freeze but I hear once the Strapi v5 comes out they are planning on updating the contribution guide.
