I just fell over this topic: Columns in content manager detail view and got aware, that I will have to do the admin layout again for the production envirement as the admin layout is stored in the DB, which is different from dev DB. If the layout would be in config files, they could be transfered to the production envirement. Or did I miss something and there is a way to transfer the layout settings from dev to production envirement?
