Media library failing to load

I am running the strapi-provider-upload-azure-storage plugin. I am getting the below error. I cannot open the Media Library page. I definitely had this working before with the environment variables I put into the plugins.js file, so I am not sure what changed. Maybe I rebuilt? Maybe I updated packages?
