We have released version 3.5.1 which fixes an issue with Docker (yay!) 
More specifically the updates are:
- Update of webpack configuration (Fixes Docker Admin Panel builds)
- Stop populating component relation to avoid inf population
- Fix watch-admin flag in EE mode
