No Video Thumbnails (Preview Image) in Media Library

I don’t see video thumbnails in my Media Library. They are disapearing after pageload (s. video).
I’ve had this issue in all my projects. Is there a way to solve this? Any ideas what’s going on there?

Same problem here, which is a rather big problem for our customer. Anyone from Strapi team to give us a hint about what is going on? :>
