Request entity is too large 413

I try to upload image file using upload api but I am getting response :
request entity Too Large , I searched and I found that i should adjust nginx size limit because it is
default 1 MB but I am in mess and can’t find how to do it for strapi 4.8.2 can u help me plz

Are you using an ELB or ALB ?
Where is this hosted etc ?
