Sanity's block editor with custom types/annotations

I’m new to Strapi and I’m trying to compare it with Sanity. In Sanity, the block type (similar to the Rich Text type) we are able to define custom types and object references in a text template. A co-worker did some digging into Strapi plugins and found the Idyll open-source markup language. That’s close but not completely.

Is there a text component in Strapi that maps feature-by-feature with Sanity’s block editor?
