Sending emails for free (without SendGrid)

I tried setting up email sending in Strapi using SendGrid as a provider. But I could’t create a SendGrid (I used 3 diffent emails and all of them weren’t accepted)

Is it possible to send emails with strapi for free without using SendGrid?
