hello there, thank you for the screeshot;
I am trying to check what could be wrong, please give me few minutes
Hey Arthur
I fixed it by deleting my account, however I’m still getting internal server error
when creating a new project
I can provide CURL and error
thanks for the details! it seems there are 2 active users with your email:
- one that used Google as login provider
- and another one with GitLab
Can I ask you, did you already try to “Connect accounts” using the buttons over there: Strapi Cloud
Uhm, that’s odd, I don’t recall logging in with google, let me try
Indeed, isma.oliva@gmail.com is my personal and i.oliva@efg.gg is my work account
I have deleted the isma.oliva@gmail.com
account just in case
perfect, am I right that you don’t have any active subscription yet?
Correct, but I get both the error when I select trial and also when I select a Developer membership
I just got it now with trial:
curl (without bearer)
Returns 500
{"message":"An error has occured","name":"Internal Error"}
But it’s the same when introducing a valid credit card
can you give me 2 more minutes, your account might have missed a step during the creation; and it is not “verified”;
I will manually delete it and I will ask you to re-log in few minutes
alright, your account should now be unstuck - and reset
can you try to logout / login again (with GitLab I believe then?)
Probably not related, but getting “Something went wrong” on re accessing Strapi Cloud
I have “Disabled cache” enabled
Logged in fine, gonna try and create a project again
(indeed it might be because your user id has changed - so it was a front-end cache issue)
Sadly same 500 error with same
{"message":"An error has occured","name":"Internal Error"}
response
