Strapi Docker Restart for constraint

Hello everyone, i used Strapi 4.5.2 with Docker, but every time that i create a object, always my container downs because “relation “cinta_iconos_unique” already exists”

This problem fixed when i delete contrainst in my pgadmin, and Strapi ups, but when i create a new object, repeat this scenario
