Strapi restarting over and over

Hello there I am currently trying to deploy strapi to app engine in google. But i am having issues where strapi keeps on getting restarted over and over without any errors thrown. Anyone has got a clue what it could be?

So i tried to debug a little and what i found out is that with a simple Strapi javascript project it works just fine. But when i setup a typescript project and i deploy it to app engine it does the repeated restart thingy. Do you guys have any idea what it could be caused from?
