Would suggest to update to 3.6.8 as that is the latest stable version of 3.x 
3.x is no longer supported unless it’s critical bugs etc

3.0.0-beta.20.3 to 3.0.0
Version is upgraded but when I run yarn strapi develop commend below issue is coming
