Update specific element of dynamic zone via API

Hi all,

I would like update only one element=component of a dynamic zone via the Rest API. However my components within the dynamic zone do not have unique ids.

Is there a way to update only a specific component within an dynamic zone without sending the complete dynamic zone data to the Rest endpoint?
