When is the release date for V5?

I would like to know (and plan) for the upgrade from V4 to V5. Any scheduled release dates? If not, does the Strapi team have an estimate, like May/June or Sep/Oct?

Hey, I am new here. The only channel pin I see is “Reminder: If you use Strapi cloud…” which does not seem related to the release date. Am I looking in the wrong place?
